After i play a litle bit i feel its like ive been buy a 8 x 3 thuringian .
The stone is medium soft and very fine , i wanted it just like this . On one side is softer on the other a litle bit harder .
The hardness of the stone is like a litle bit harder than a very hard coticule . I polished an edge on my kitchen santoku knife and it began to slightly selfslurry . On the razor there is not visible self slurry , and it works very fast .
I worked a thury slurry on it and its a pleasure , there isnt a diference in the gritt from its own slurry and the thury slurry .
A world class stone . I also discovered that the black Bulgarian stone is finer than the thury and the C12 so after finishing on them q and go for 20 very light strokes gives the blade something very special .
I looooove my new finishers , boys .
The C12 is prone to cracking so i sealed the sides with cyanolide glue and epoxy rezin . On this one especialy i cut a long strip of strong nylon canvas , from an old jacket and i glue it to the side of the stone as i wrapp it .Glue it wit cyanolide and after apply a coat of epoxy .
I asure that the tiny cracs stay tiny after soaking and laping .
