    Default New finisher

Mirror , mirror on the wall who is the bigest finisher of them all . I got this very fine ,hard bulgarian slate in exchange from a frend . It is fine as my thuris , but slower . Gives very polished and smooth edge , but not so sharp as the thuri . Still very good edge

Yes i cut it with the diamond disk , it was a big weel . Now it serves to many people ha ha ah . if i found another ill cut it again , ii have cut 3 or 4 diferent but this one was the best material .
As the slates i notice that some has more abrasive particles but are not uniform . they give sharp but not so smooth edge .i have 2 hard rusian slate stones , one glued combo with beloretchkii kvartzit
This piece and a brazilian slate gives very polished edge and is very uniform , fine but doesnt give sharpness , i guess not many abrasive particles .
Only thuringian is fast , uniform and gives both sharp and smooth edge .
I will try my new Cnat monday .

Its a beautyfull stone , very fast on slurry , talking abbout a litle bit slower than the BG thury . Not so hard stone , this C 12 is a litle bit softer than the black Bulgarian finisher and leaves a similar edge . maybe Black Bg finisher leaves a slightly better edge . I just have to play more with this 20 x 8 x 3 sm beauty .
I compared 2 stones with the Blue Green thuri and they give a close edgs to it . Close , but not the same . There is something in the structure of the thuri and the abrasive that leaves amazing edge on plain watter .
The Black stone is finer than the C12 and leaves amazing edges .
This is only my point of view .. maybe is not very real . I have to stop buyng finishing stones . I have already 12 capable finishers alround .
