Kidding aside .... I hope it fits well in your finishing routine !
No collusion from our member as he is the one who Identified the stone here in the forum and told that he sold the hone to the re-seller.
I get kind of sick of these guys that arrange photo's with just enough clarity to make you wonder , short descriptions that lead us on to "Is it"?? "Could it be an Thuringian?" ETC.
Boy would I like to give some of them wall to wall counseling, maybe put their Nose to the Hone or vice versa.
BUT, these days folks don't like a rough guy dealing with rip offs in the old school manner, they want to take them to court etc. GRRR.
Hahahahahaha, sorry, look on the bright side WW, it might be a great stone, Las lunes or??
From those pictures it looks like a pretty good gamble to me. I hope it pays off for ya!
Sun bleached Zulu Gray? :)

Sigh.....All that's to be done is wait for it to arrive and see what you have. Post it up!
Whatever it is it looks good and fine . It is an old stone and i bett you hit the Jacpot ( thuringian ) or it is one of those very fine and fast , UK slate hones , soft as thuris
Very good hone , as it seems
Congrats
