Think this is a coticule?

Definately says wonder and also I see what looks like Detroit under that.

Stone to start to wash, and then put in order, then we will see what kind of stone. It is difficult to understand from a photograph.

There had been several "Wonder Hones" in the past. Mainly artificial hones like this one here:

Also there had been a wonder hone - which was actually a strop - produced by the Shaw manufacturing company in Detroit. Maybe they also made real hones!?

Anyway - I don't think it is a coticule...:cry:
but maybe an interesting great hone! :gl:

A bit. Definately not a coticule and I do not own a OO friction its to see if this is the same however it is pretty fine stone. Any idea of what it could be?

This is a vintage razor honing stone TRADE mark "Wonder Hone" made by the Shaw Manufacturing Company of Detroit, Michigan,

USA. The motto embossed on this vintage stone was "Cures Dull Razors", it is now barely visable in the lower circled stamp.

So I guess is.... Wonder Hone Razor Honing . Probably made by Shaw Manufacturing,
