SoI have acquired a number of straight razors in various states of disrepair. I'm getting ready to hone them. I have decided to go with naniwa speciality stones. My question is this , I 've already decided on 1000 to set the bevel and 12000 for finishing. For an intermediate stone would you suggest the 5000 or the 8000 if you could only pick one?
