I think where it really shines is as the bridge to something especially fine be it from synths or a very average coticule move to this and then to whatever. You can shave off of it just as well though.

I would say mine is higher than 10K, I use it after my Naniwa SS 10K. And it gives a fines edge.
I actually dont know how well mine polish scratches from mine Nss10K, cuz I havent looked at the edge with magnifyer... have one in the mail though:) so Ill have an idea when I can play with that!
But 15-20 laps is what I usually do on it and it gives a smooth shave!
Not sure. Sebastian has a few as well.
Would vote for Schwedenstein in the case....but can you add some daylight shots ?
What measures ?
I will, first thing in the morning when daylight!
Thanks,
Jacke
Another pic, in daylight:
Attachment 258890
It measures 1" x 5 5/16 x 1/8
And in mm: 25 x 131 x 3
That is definitely what I have at least on a visual level. Naturals vary obviously. I'll take the bait. I will make a video and upload it.
Another piece of banded material. Banding is on the bottom of this one and bottom is a mess so never lapped it as I hand hone and it is shallow as is.
