    I bought this stone on an antiques site in Brazil, i would like help identifying it.

    It looks like a Thuringian. They are great finishers. It is a nice looking stone. Use it after you have a shave ready edge. It should give a nice smooth shave. Good luck.

    Box and size is quite typical for thuringian, coloring and mottling in the stone is a bit unusual - but also possible for a thuri. So I would vote for a thuringian too.
