German hone translation
Ok so I bought a double sided German hone awhile back an tried to translate it with google an it didn't exactly workout for me so I'm hoping maybe I can get a little help from you guys.
First I believe that it is a man made Thuringian it is double sided hone the 1st side feels like you're honing on a brick but it gives a great edge (reminds me of one of my coticule that I have feels coarse but doesn't hurt the edge at all) then you touch up on the other side an you're all set. This hone has actually put an edge on a few razors that I haven't been able to get edges on to save my life.
Now I'm going to type what I can read plus pics because there are dark spots that make the words hard to read so hopefully I get the spelling right.

Thank you Kelbro. It doesn't have any translation but it's good to find a clue at least.

I will have to try that once I'm near my computer right now just using my iPhone. Thank you for that advice as I didn't know that I could do that anyways.

I think I am an internet/computer idiot.
I am using Google Chrome on a desktop and it works for me.
I would never think of trying to use my flip phone to access SRP!
Hope it helps. YMMV

The hone if of the highest quality.
Combined for setting the bevel and finishing with water, edge.
Guarantee for every stone.
Are to be soaked in water before every use,
best to be stored in a water pond.
The magnet like fine, mild abrasiveness will be
adapted by the stone, kept totally free [from honing residue, I should think]
thereby achieving optimum honing characteristics.
Hones that have been used too dry, or tarnished,
can be easily cleaned by lapping them under running water
or by lapping them with an identical or similar hone.
Warranty for every hone.
