    This was my first SR Hone, ordered and purchased at my Barber's recommendation while he was introducing me to the SR back in 1981

    I rarely use it now, but every now and then I will get a Customer request to hone with it so they can make a decision whether to buy an Arkie for themselves...

    It was sold as a

    Hard White Arkansas or a Pure White Ouachita
