Shapton Glass ‘7’ Stones Now Available

The Shapton 7 series is a smaller size glass stone that was announced last year I believe, and has now shown up at Fendrihan. They’re 7mm thick abrasive (vs 5mm for the standard Glass Stone, thus the series name), and 6.3 x 1.45”. So if you’ve been wanting a Glass Stone travel set or wanted to try that 30k without shelling out the big bucks, these might do it for you.

The description aims them at kitchen knives, but the size would not be that limiting for straight razors.
