    Default Dalmore Blues

Finally, after 4-5 years of searching for decent deal, got my hands on a Dalmore Blue with a swirly pattern:

I'm jealous! I've also been keeping an eye out for one but if I get one of those then I need to get a Tam o Shanter and if I get one of those then I need to get a Water of Ayr and if I get one of those I'll need to get a new wife. So, I'll just live vicariously through you. How do you find it to hone with?

Haven't honed with it yet. Smoothed it out today with a diamond plate, and then did some 'conditioning' with an old Sheffield chisel.
