Thanked: 44A type of rarity...
This is a hone you don't really see much. This is a 6x2 Ohio Bluestone, currently sold by Norton under the Clear Creek brand and in the past sold as Queer Creek Stone. As far as I can research this is a type of sandstone used for coarse/medium type work and was primarily marketed as a stone for tool use (chisels, plane blades, etc). I use it with oil like I do for my arks since with razors a lighter touch is needed and this prevents the stone from glazing but can be used with water and pressure for tool use where you can start to develop a slurry. Leaves a finish similar to a Washita/Soft ark, cuts at similar speeds also. Bought this one for something like $8 new from Hantover.
