Has any one ever used a pike & co ezy edge barber hone? if so have you been happy with the hone?

I have one. I'd place mine at about 9k, not nearly as good as the finer barber hones. It's usable though.

Yes. I've used mine several times. It worked ok. As barber hones go, mine is a "medium" grit.

I bought the Pike as one of a lot of twenty mixed barber hones ($80 US for all, IIRC).
Considering the other finishers available, I'd say 10 to 20 dollars; depending on how much you'll actually use it.
In perspective, I would price an unlapped Swaty or equivalent at 25 to 40 dollars. My reasoning here is that the Swaty-like hone will give me a shave as comfortable as a Chinese 12k (20 dollars for the smaller sized one). I, due to personal preference, place more value on the used Swaty-level barber hone than I would a new Chinese 12k because I believe it is easier and handier to use. And it cuts quicker.
