I was hoping someone would know what grit the Norton stone is. Also, I would like to hear anyone's thoughts on the suitability of the Norton stone plus the chinese polishing stone for honing. I have sort of tapped out my budget for the time being, but I would like to try my hand at honing with equipment I currently have if it is suitable.
Also, what is the best way to bevel the edge of the Norton stone, as the edges are still fairly sharp?
