Just got three straights frm.Mainamn. Great job!
Something interesting, When I started to shave the blades felt rough at first. Then by the end they were as smooth as silk.
Did I strop the blades with my face?

If you could strop a razor simply by shaving with it, you'd only need to strop the razor once in its lifetime – for its maiden voyage.

My guess is your prep was a bit hasty and your beard softened over the course of the shave.
