Dixie hone I.D.
I have a Dixie hone in a box labeled S. R. Droescher. (see picture below). I am assuming that, given the similarity of the description to the one listed in the Wiki (S R Droescher Genuine Water Razor Hone - Straight Razor Place Wiki) that it is one of those. I have two questions that I hope a knowledgeable person might be able to help me with.
1. Is this a good brand?
2. What does the "Blau–Blue" label on the left side mean?
Thank you.

The box is for an Escher hone (yay!), the hone itself is a baber's hone (oh no!), man made. Sorry!

Thank you. Perhaps someone pasted the label to the box, then, because the box fits the stone like a glove.

Escher did have stones in that size box, but they are natural and come with a slurry stone. The bottom of the stone usually has a label stuck to it also. They usually go for about 400.00$ on Ebay.

The Droescher box mentions the rubbing stone which is an additional stone. If the barber hone fits the box perfectly sans rubbing stone, I agree it is most likely a swapped box.
