How does the Chosera slurry stone work?
Seems they supply the same rubbing stone with all the hones, through 10K. One vendor claims the slurry stone is 600 grit.
Used with the green 1K (the only Chosera I have), it seems to produce a mixture of green-brown slurry. OK, that makes sense -- a mix of 600 and 1K particles should cut a mite faster than just 1K abrasives. But at the other end of the spectrum, at 10K, what would be the point of having 600 grit particles in the soup?
Don't plan on replacing my SS hones with Choseras -- just wonderin'.
