I am offered a hone, but hesitating if I should buy it. Looking for a finishing hone. Probably it'll be hard to ID this stone from the pictures. But every attempt is well appreciated.:D What questions should I ask to get closer to knowing the type and grit of this one?

Just got the answer from the seller, he is not willing to ship to me....So probably I'll try to buy a welsh slate. Thanx for the input anyway.
