    Default Aunt Escher Worked Here!!!

I have been working at the same Tool & Die shop for 26 years & have been co-owner of the business for the last 5. This morning having not much to do I went rummaging in the back, and in a cigar box I come across 3 Eschers in really great shape. Never knowing this beauties have been here for 26 years right under my nose. Felt real stupid, but elated for the discovery.
I showed my business partner the rock & told him "I'm liberating these stones"". His responce was who cares there junk. Up until the point I told him the usual going rate for these rare stones. Ha!!!!!

#2 stone is going to a good friend of mine.

    Thanks for looking
    Darl

Amazing find! You MUST be living right! Do you think they were used in the business for sharpening tools and such?

The only reason they possibly might of been at the shop, was that my old boss was a flea market junkie and he probably picked them up for a dollar a piece I reckon Thirty plus years ago.
