Hey guys, just wanted to see if anyone has ever used one or has any info on it. I know they are cheap but will it do the job to set my bevels if I lap the stone?

You can get a Norton 220/1000 for $39.00 + shipping, to me $8.00, you , I'm not sure.

if it were me. I would go with something that is known to be a good stone. This to me is a mystery stone. A 1k stone will be around for a long time, unless you are honing for a living. I have had my Norton 1k for a very long time now. To me like Hirlau 8 dollars is worth piece of mind. But thats just my opinion

As been already mentioned...the King 1k from Lee Valley $28.50. I have one and its works just fine :)
Sleek, There's a LeeValley over by Conestoga mall. I go there frequently and just loiter, hangout. I basically pretend I own everything in the display cases and then wish I did!!! :o They also sell King 1k's. Another viable option.
