Do not own one.
Maybe it will do the job.
I will not order a stone out of Hong Kong for $23.00 that also includes shipping (Really?? maybe??)
You can get a Norton 220/1000 for $39.00 + shipping, to me $8.00, you , I'm not sure.
Sorry, not for me.

if it were me. I would go with something that is known to be a good stone. This to me is a mystery stone. A 1k stone will be around for a long time, unless you are honing for a living. I have had my Norton 1k for a very long time now. To me like Hirlau 8 dollars is worth piece of mind. But thats just my opinion

Thanked: 202I personaly would not trust sellers blurb. They just trying to cash in on new vawe of interest in straight shaving. Stick to known stones. Yes they are more expensive, but they are time tested and if you need help with honing for some reason people who have them are able to help.

No way. I bought my King Deluxe 1000 for $28. See if there is a woodcraft store near you.
One time, in band camp, I shaved with a Gold Dollar razor.
