Thread: King Ice Bear 1200 as a bevel setter?

I'm in the process of ordering 3 stones dedicated to razor maintenance.

Already decided on the Norton 4/8k. I hope it comes ready to use and that I don't need to flatten it?

Now I'm torn between the Norton 1k and the King 1200 that I found at 1/2 the price of the Norton.
It's quite a larger stone at 207x66x34mm.
Has any one used this King for bevel setting?

The final stone will be a purple or dark green Welsh stone from AJ...
Yet to decide. Is this third stone needed at all? Advise please
