    Default W&B Troubleshooting

Im honing this W&B for one of my shop regulars. It has sentimental value to him so I suggested that we clean it up, hone and oil it. Next time he comes for a haircut maybe he can get a surprise shave with his own heirloom razor.

I'm not the best at correcting uneven hone wear on these old boys. If any of you could give me some tips I'd appreciate it. My marker test left half of the edge without ink, half with ink.

I wouldn't correct the wear, just a rolling x stroke to hone up.

Rolling x or a heel leading stroke to see. You also have the option of adding one piece of tape to see what you end up with.

This edge turned out very nice using no tape and the rolling x pattern.
