I won this W&B 5/8 wedge through eBay. Noticed there's pitting on the edge. What's the best way to fix it?

Not sure what is the exact terms. Chips perhaps? Shall I bread knife it?

To get you started there is a primer in the library Honing a damaged blade - Straight Razor Place Library . There are also some long threads on the subject in the honing forum too.

Not that big of a deal. It will hone out.
What hones do you have?
If you're going to fix pitting at the edge, I'm going to strongly recommend obtaining a 1K hone - or maybe even something more coarse than that. You're going to need to hone passed the pitting, whether it be by bread knifing and grinding that section out or by simply honing until the pitting is gone. And it can be a real PITA no matter which way you go about it.
