Im with rod. Can you make it better? Possibly. You are going to loose a bit of steel trying to correct it and you might not ever get it as straight as you want. Some blades are damaged from heavy handed honing over the years. Some are that way from the factory. Just not made as well back then. I see it as part of the history of the blade. I have a few that are way out of whack but shave just fine. Its only looks. Just keep in mind of how old a razor is and you want to correct it after 100 or 200 years of being off a little.
