Sure. I was hoping to get beeswax and camelia oil to coat it first, but delivery is going to take a while. I hope pics of a half-cleaned uncoated box will do too. When I got it, it had a cheap dark brown paint (and lots of grime).

That box would have been made by the craftsman who owned the hone. It looks like very old pine. I wouls rub it down with a nice fine sandpaper and use Danish Oil on it. You could wirewool it between coats. It would look really cool and rustic:)

This is my yellow. I've been using Belgian stones exclusively since I started.

this is my favourite coticule two in one. one side is normal the other is hybrid that works outstanding leaving super smooth edge .

I would like to contribute my coticule as well, because I enjoyed it recently. I get shaves off of it (without further refinement) that easily compare to my Maruka Nakayama Kiita and vintage Thuringian, that is: I´m getting shaves as good as any.

My coticule is of green colour and has quite interesting and charismatic veins:

It is companied by a small natural grown Coti/BBW for slurry creation.

The coticule itself I would describe as fairly hard and slow (with water only).
Still, I think only a few laps after a good 8k finish would be enough.
Slurried it cuts like a champ.

The stone is a so called "new one" and glued to slate

The surface feels very nice for a natural stone.
It seems like my coticule has little "holes" in it, that don´t affect honing btw.

The size is 5cm x 19cm wich is acceptable.
I am thinking of a selected grade in 6x200cm
as the Coticule is a really nice finishing stone

I've always wanted a green coticule. I've heard that in spite of their slowness (or perhaps because of), they're incredible finishers. (My favorite color coticule.)
