    Default Ode to the Hone

    Why? Because I just finished lapping my very first hone, and I feel beastly that I completely and utterly flattened a rock. Probably the flattest rock... on the block.

    (haiku style)

    Great stone like pancake
    Tamed to live a sharper life
    Grinding stainless steel

    Though no name befits
    such pure majestic flatness,
    I dub thee Norton.

    Beardshaver's delight
    Create smoothness for my wife
    Ev'ry day henceforth


    Did I seriously just write a poem about a hone? lol
