Suita V's Chosera scratch pattern
I've finally got the Japanese Suita hone working properly and thought it worth while to show the scratch patter of the Naniwa Chosera 10,000 grit and the Shinden suita as a comparison. Both of these hones give a great shave without the need for any pastes. Just a good stropping will do the trick. Well it works for me and I like a smooth shave.
The photographs show the effect of twenty return strokes on the hone with an already polished and sharp razor.
First the 10K Synthetic Naniwa Chosera at 50x and then the Japanese Natural Suita at 50x and a feather super pro 50x for comparison
