Hey all,

I've been asking a lot of questions on SRP lately....maybe if I didn't get such great answers I wouldn't ask so much! Anyways, currently for lapping I use a ceramic tile on which I tape sandpaper to. It's a simple set-up, but seems to work great, although I've only ever used it on my nortons. Would this approach work well for a coticule, as well as a belgian blue? What grit sandpaper do you think I should use? I was thinking something around 320 to start (if it needs more serious lapping), and 600 for a smoother surface. I also have some fine 1500 grit sandpaper...would that be wasted time(i.e. overkill) or would that put a really smooth finish on it?

Thanks for all the help everyone!

Dave
