    Are you talking of the liquid or crayon type paste?

    The Dovo paste breakdown that I found, God knows when was
    Green = 5-8 microns
    Red = 3-5 microns
    Black = 1-3 microns

    But keep in mind that these are a more gentle abrasive then Diamond paste, more like a Cr paste....
    Just like a .50 Diamond will cut faster than a .50 Cr strop

    Dovo Red is about equal to a 8K grit hone--fairly aggressive.

I no it is said that the blue 4k to 6k yellow is 8k to maybe 12k . the only differance i find is blue is a little slower but very rewarding hone.
