Single Bevel Hone
How would you hone a single bevel razor such as this:

Same stones and method as a regular straight razor, just dont roll it over at the end of the stroke?

This is not a razor as such, it is a microtone. Originaly used in hospitals for cutting up tissue samples. I belive they can and have been honed by members here for shaving and would be done in the manner you described.

As pedro083 said, that is a microtome. They were made for slicing tissue samples. I mistakenly bought one when a seller on ebay only showed the hollow side in a cheap (relatively speaking) buy it now. Here is a thread on how I honed it up. Not saying it is the only way or even the correct way but it worked for me. :)

I've hone a microtome too; mine had a totally flat flat side (it was all one plane, like a true wedge on one side and a half hollow on the other). In order to hone mine, I taped a toothpick to the spine of the flat side. It was not ideal, but it worked and I was able to produce a shaving edge.
