I`m going to flip this bout around a few times to see what feels right. I`m thinking the below would probably maximize the cutting surface, but I may be missing the obvious...

Curious to hear if any of you would find an advantage honing in another direction? Maybe twisting it 180 degrees might also take advantage of the longest side?
