I have honed maybe 30 blades to date some several times over. It's a wade and butcher seems like a full wedge. When I acquired it ther were hone marks in the middle of the blade. (lengthwise). One side being more predominant than the other. Also the toe and heel on one side of the bevel are very wide and on the other side the bevel is very wide in the middle. (warped?). I have tried to cut a sharp bevel but I can't seem to get this sharper than a dull knife. Used a Norton 4k a king 1k a king 800 will not pass TNT. Could use some assistance.
