I've taken a few eBay and antique store razors and honed them into what I feel is shave ready condition. I can't tell a difference between razors that I've honed and the one that I have that was just professionally honed. Would someone that is an experienced honer give me the honor and try out one of my razors and give me your unbiased opinion on the job that I did? Keep the razor or give it to someone that is looking for an inexpensive entry to straight razor shaving. It's an Ohio Farmer razor, scales in excellent condition, blade has considerable tarnish but no rust or pitting and is in otherwise great shape.

It's difficult for me to impartially judge my own razors, I'm too damn excited that I can actually shave with them

If you feel you could give me a hand and give an honest and experienced assessment of this razor I would sure appreciated it. Like I said, it's not a bad razor and all and is yours to do with as you wish.

Thanks!
