Thanked: 116cut myself bevel setting :(
Cheking the bevel and not being careful leads to cuts like these, my first cut in over 50 razors.

On the plus side, it'll heal pretty quickly.

Thanked: 116That it will. I was lucky i felt it cut and stopped my hand or i'd be missing about a quarter inch off the side of my finger! F*(& a 1k edge is sharp!!
I'm glad it's not on my face and won't stop me from shaving.

Thanked: 116Minty! The TI was NOS and I sold it on the classifieds here. Went through my progression ending on my Ozuku with just water. 3 passes and no irritation. It was strange shaving with a 3/8 when i'm used to using 6/8 and above. In the 'open areas' of my face it was a little difficult to use but around the chin and mustache it was actually quite a pleasure!

I cannot count how many times I have cut myself honing.

I got myself like that a couple of months ago while using a barber hone. I know exactly the feeling.
