Vulture? A question for Al Mar knife fans.

Al Mar has a line of knives that goes something like this: "Eagle" being their largest, "Falcon" is second largest, "Hawk", and then "Osprey" being their smallest in this style. I have posted a picture of a "Hawk" which is the stag handled knife. It is 6 inches when opened. The Osprey is about 5 inches open and the Eagle is about 9 inches and a little more. They all basically look like the Hawk with several different materials for the scales. As I understand it these styles, among others, have been produced since 1979. There is however a style that was produced since the beginning of Al Mar but was discontinued in the early 80's. It was known as "The Vulture" which is the ivory micarta handled knife. I wonder if anyone might be able to tell me a little about this knife. I know that its steel is RS 30. I found that it is extremely easy to bring to a sharpness that easily cuts arm hairs and, of the 80 or so knives that I own this one fits in my hand like no other knife I own. This knife is 7 and 1/4 inches when open.
This knife appears to be a valuable knife that may be worth more as time goes by but this particular one has been used. It still looks nice but there are obvious scratch marks...so my next question to you all is, should I put this knife in service or put it up to possibly become more valuable?
By the way, I purchased this knife because always in the back of my head somewhere was the picture of the perfect knife for me. This knife matched that picture to a "T".
