    Thumbs up Work Sharp Blade Grinder Attachment

    I have had the Work Sharp Ken Onion version knife sharpener for about 5 months & really have loved the thing. Today I got the "Blade grinder" attachment in the mail & at first was having second thoughts. Took about an hour to get the feel for it & now I wouldn't do without it. It comes with a 12,000 grit honing belt & just for grins & giggles I took a old dull Koken straight blade & first went on the 4,000 grit blade twice on both sides & then the 12,000 6 times on both sides. I put one layer of electrical tape on the spine & all I have to say is WOW!! Forty strokes on my Koken horse hide strop & I haven't got a sharper blade! Best hundred bucks I ever spent! Does a great job on knives also! Get one today!
