    My favorite knife, I take it on all my camping, hiking, canoeing trips.

    Hard steel so you need to spend some time with it when sharpening but stays sharp for a long time.

    in this one they used N695 they say it's equivalent to 440 carbon

    Ah. According to the chart that Alpha Knife Supply has on its website, N695 is pretty much identical to the old Latrobe version of 440C.
