I liked having a mini leatherman on my keychain before it got confiscated at the airport. I should've known better... oh well.
I had the version with the pliers, which came in very handy a lot of times... particularly living in the desert southwest where there are lots of cactus... yes, very handy indeed.

A small opinel might be worth a look. They're very capable knives and cheap.

I like small pocket knives. Here are two knives that I carry a lot. A SOG micron and a Spyderco (I think it is a ladybug). Both are made for key chains. I would recommend them both.
My wife keeps a small Opinel on her purse I really like Opinel Knives. I have a new a small Opinel but have not started carrying it yet. It is not in my pocket knife rotation yet.
Here is a pic of all three and a quarter for comparison.

Big fan of Opinels. Cheap and practical. Though, I do like the look of that SOG. Not a fan of Spyderco's, don't know why, they are supposed to be great knives. I actually prefer the look of the Byrd range.

Spaz, the SpyderCo you have is a bug and is the smallest folder I have ever seen. I love it.

I'll go ahead and put in my recommendation for the ladybug. It really packs a lot of cutting power for its small size.
(I assume you don't want a multi-tool, for that I carry a leatherman micra, with scissors, on my keychain and really recomend it...though the actual knife isn't too useful for more than opening letters)
