Hello All,

I just received my first straight razor from Larry at whipped dog on Friday and had my first shave the same day! Only a WTG pass from the jawline up, but a victory and a step in the right direction in my book. I've been wetshaving for just over a year with a DE with superb results. So I figured the next stage in the progression of shaving would be to travel back in time even further to the simpler (at least technologically) world of straight razors. I look forward to the forthcoming learning experience and journey that awaits.
