    Cool Straight from Florida

I'm 4 shaves in with my razor from Straight Razor Designs. I picked up the Dovo Carpe Diem. It's amazing how much fun it is now to shave. It's a little difficult because I have to wear glasses but I'm managing. I still have both earlobes so I think that's a plus.

Congratulations! Take it slow and easy till you have the motions for your face. No one has one remotely like it for grain growth pattern. The fun of a straight is to get every little bit of hair while enjoying the time spent!
Congratulations, good blade and a great start!

Thanks Richard. It's been a learning curve for sure. I even got my other hand involved now. It certainly made it "easier".

It just takes time to build the memory and the directions to go at it , around a hundred shaves or so you,lol be there , go slow and learn that strop !! That way you can keep the blade right ,, tc

    Welcome to SRP!
Glad to hear that you still have your ear lobes, but do you still have a nose?
