    Hello, everyone!

    I started wet shaving a little over 15 years ago with DE razors. But I've always wanted to try straight razors. Honestly, I was a little intimidated by them, figuring I'd shave off a layer of skin haha. Anyway, about 3 months ago I took the dive and boy did I go in the deep end! gssixgun will attest to that !

    I'm still learning about honing and restoration (and how not to take a divot out of my face when shaving - fail!).

    I live just north of Atlanta GA and am retired from the USAF and later on, Oracle.
