I don't know if I introduced myself the first time, but I've been away from the forums (and wet shaving) for over a year.
We moved across the country (San Jose to Pittsburgh), I changed jobs, and I'm FINALLY getting my life into the sort of pattern that might allow time to re-learn the art of the shave.

What kit did you have? Razors? Strops?
Welcome back. Hope you get smooth shaves this time. :) Did you ever take Lynn up on his offer and send that offending razor to him ? If not it might be a good idea for better shaves this time around.
