I'm back!
I don't know if I introduced myself the first time, but I've been away from the forums (and wet shaving) for over a year.
We moved across the country (San Jose to Pittsburgh), I changed jobs, and I'm FINALLY getting my life into the sort of pattern that might allow time to re-learn the art of the shave.
It's good to be back!

It sounds like you're off to a good start if you've been doing this for a year or so...!
What kit did you have? Razors? Strops?

Welcome back. Hope you get smooth shaves this time.
Did you ever take Lynn up on his offer and send that offending razor to him ? If not it might be a good idea for better shaves this time around.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.
