    hi all, my name is jake, I'm from Kalispell MT and I just started shaving with a straight razor, a Wade and Butcher with some cool etchings on the blade. check it out

    thanks guys, she came honed and ready to go, however i think my stropping could use some work, but that's what practice is for

    BTW: I have another razor that isn't near sharp enough, might someone direct me to an online site to get a hone at (also what grit should i get?)

    Over here right across the ID border in Sandpoint...
    There are quite a few MT/ID/WA guys on the board, in fact we have been talking about maybe having a honing/restore clinic up here...
