    Hi--
    I'm a newbie to straights; just bought my first straight and haven't yet used it. Got a strop on the way and also a barber's hone. Not in a huge hurry and want to ease into it and do it right! Been DE shaving for a while so I have the prep/brush/lather part down pretty well.
    Great community here and I look forward to lots of great advice from those of you with experience.
