Greetings, I've been on SRP numerous times to seek out the finer points of the art of shaving and have never left confused or disappointed.
After receiving a cut-throat as a present 18 mths ago, I plucked up the courage (and knowledge from SRP) and vowed in Dec 2010 never to use disposables again and I'm still going strong.
It's difficult to convince others of the benefits and superior end result, but although I advocate - I'm not in it to convert the heathen as it were.

The difficulty I face is convincing my significant other to part with enough roubles to feed the habit - no-one warned me of the creeping addiction that slowly enters the consciousness of a virgin shaver.
I find myself unconsciously spending more and more time checking auctions, second-hand sales and Ebay for the elusive bargain and drooling over antiques and vintage specimens.
Terms such as jimps, scales, Spanish point and carbon percentage are beginning to invade my vocabulary. I wake to thoughts of lathering my face and fall asleep designing razor boxes.

I feel so dirty and infected... and I think I like it.
