Thanked: 0Hello, from Victoria BC
So I have been shaving with a dinky little shavette since i was 18. This was fine for a poor student but now I am starting to get into shaving properly. Part of my current job is selling all manner of shaving supplies, including straight razors, and since I am around it all day it is easy to keep it in mind. So far I have picked up 2 vintage razors, the first a 'Wade and Butcher' and the second a something or other tree brand, but before my strop arrives in the mail I was wondering if there was anyone in my area who does any honing. Beyond that it is always nice to meet a fellow enthusiast and simply chew the fat for a while, as it were. Thanks for your time!

Hello matey ,
Welcome and you will find lots of helpful people here .
I'm back in Vancouver for a spell and hone my own razors ( still fairly new at it , but (in my opinion) my edges seem sharp ) . feel free to PM for more info .
Cheers,

Thanked: 0Things are good out here, a little rainy and windy these days, but I will take that over snow any day. I am from Ontario originally so I have had my share of it.
