Then I went into the military and was told that I could not have a straight in the barracks, so box it up and send it home. Fast forward 20 years and now I am shaving my head as well as my face but am very unhappy with the new fangled razors that I am using. I give lots of thought to just going back to a straight but having to go through that learning curve on my head, I just wasn't there yet. I did go and buy a couple of double edged razors and have been using them for many years now. The "itch" to use a straight again just hasn't left me though. At some point soon I will need to get myself a straight and get back to real shaving. It's funny how life tends to go full circle.
