Cuda, I remember that movie. But I gotta tell you, the reason I got that job in display was they had just fired a worker after being caught trying to do the naughty with a maniquin in a back room. People are the strangest animals we know.
Really a neat idea. Now I guess I'll have to keep my eyes peeled for a suitable ready made box. I really like the use of magnets to hand the razors. These days I only keep 7-9 straights in the active rotation so this would be easy to do. Like you I keep the rest of my hoard elsewhere and rotate the second and third string onto the active rotation as required.

PS, I used a display case from a tired flea market vendor that broke it. and I got it cheap. The drawings are accurate for making one. A friend did that and it worked. Too many photos but that's what i took.

Geezer, very cool!!! I've spent two days on ebay looking at jewelry boxes in an attempt to come up with something like what you've done. I'll make a new post with what I've come up with, but I like your idea better! Or, more as a compromise... I've been kicked out of the bathroom... or rather I've been forced in to an uneasy truce... Ok... I was kind of taking up most of the counter, it's true.
